We hired Olga to represent us in a very time-constrained sale. Job opportunity had us move to the West Coast; we had 6 weeks to sell our house, find temporary accommodations at the new location, and deal with all the associated logistics. I've met and worked with about 10 residential brokers in Boulder over the years, as a seller, buyer, and lawyer. Not taking anything away from these other very good brokers, Olga is the best. I notice that prior reviews agreed, consistently, that her knowledge, ability to present the home in the best possible way, strategic sensibility, and negotiation skills are excellent. Olga is also extraordinarily empathetic, and in my case where I was selling the home my wife and I had reared our children in and experienced so many significant occasions over the decades, this was very, very helpful.
